I also have Crohn's and as you know the pain is real the crohn's will cause what you described. I belive I had mine for about 13 years or longer it wasn't until I had my last baby she was about 4 months old and the pain was getting worse so I went back to my OB doctor thinking it was female problems. I had been to many other doctors they found nothing and looked at me like I was crazy to which I was begining to think.Finally my dr. order lower GI x-rays and thats when they found mine. Where you have trouble going to the restroom mine is the other way around I live on the throne I dare not get far from one. I have had one surgery I have been doing much better latley but you will also have flare ups. But they are nothing compared to before I had surgery. I hope that you have a wonderful Dr. I had one in Pensacola and he was not helping me so we called the Crohn's Foundation and they refered me to one in Mobile and he has help me alot and he has also sent me to Birmingham. I've only been there once don't really want to go back there.The traffic was awful. Mobile and Pensacola I can handle. How long have you had crohn's? How old are you and where is your crohn's located at mine is in my small bowels. I am 41 a mother of 3 children and a wonderful husband that has been very understanding and a wonderful mother & father and sister and brother they been there for me and it helps.
