Bonnie Gee: I also contracted Raynaud's in the 70's and suffered terribly for years. Nothing kept my hands and feet warm in cold or chilly, damp weather. I didn't know about any foot or hand warmers. But in the mid-nineties a doctor told me to keep my upper body layered and really warm forcing blood flow into my extremities. It seems to really work for me. My symptoms are less frequent and far more minor.
