Hope you have had luck finding hand warmers. They sure make my life alot easier if I want to get out. They are everywhere here. Even in golf shops cuz alot of our golf season is in cold weather. Took me a long time to get used to wearing earmuffs and gloves when others had on shorts. But if I wanted to get out and not be in pain I figured I better get over that. I've had Raynaud's since 1977. Showed up right after I got a shot for the Swine Flu. This is the flu shot where people actually became paralized. I actually lost feeling in my lower arms and developed ulcers on two fingers for a time. That went away but I have Raynaud's ever since. Had to give up snow skiing, golfing except in hot weather, and many other activities. I think this eventually brought on my Scleroderma but Dr.'s don't seem to put much store in this. Hope the hand warmers give you some comfort.
