You have done the hardest part of living with this diease and that is admitting it. First you really need to go and tell your family or family doctor. I lived with it for 11 years before I actually admitted it to myself and anyone else. I understand what you are going through. There is help out there. There is a lot of information on the internet so you can show your family so they can understand. I don't know what area you are from and I only know about what is available in my area as far as doctor's. I am still in treatment.
