I don't know if this helps, but I had the same symptoms and after upper and lower GI, cat scan etc. nothing showed up. Finally saw a surgeon on my own and he thought it was endometriosis that didn't show up on tests. He did a pelvic laparoscopy and sure enough, that's what it was. I never thought it could cause so many digestive symptoms, but it did. Since then, no probelms.
