Any Doctor can treat Scabies. My child had it over 20 years ago. It spread through our whole family. The boy had it on his hands and the girls mostly on elbows, because they washed their hanns more. I'm, sorry I cannot remember the cure, it seems like a cream to cover the microscopic criters and an antibotic for the infection from scratching. I think any Emergency Medical Clinic can help.
