my daughter recently had surgery for her scoliosis. the surgen put in a rod to straighten her spine and hold in tight while her bones fuse. the bottom of the rod slipped out of the screw. we were told eithe go back into surgery and try and fix the bottom of the rod or wear a brace for 4 months to hold it in place. has anyone ever had this happen to them and did a brace work????
