I went to an endocrinoligst last year because after having tubal ligation and going off birth control, my weight went up, I was noticing black facial hair, and over approximately a six month period, I would get violent sick. I would vomit multiple times, but my illness would only last me a day. I knew something was not right with my boby, so I sought out a specialist at UCLA. I was diagnosed as having congenital adrenal hyperplasica, he started me out on dexamethosone .25 mg for 2 months. He mentioned the fact that I could have to take a steriod the rest of my life. I was very uncomfortable with this, I finished my 2 month supply, but did not contiue with my treatment. I am still overweight and still have the facial hair. I just don't vomit monthly anymore. I think alot of that had to do with stress. I am not even sure, what exactly, adreanl hyperplasia is. I would like to use natural remedies if they are available. And find a doctor who also believes in alternative remedies. So your adrenal problems arose from steriods and mine appeared when I quit taking them [i.e. birth control] I wish i had the answer for you as well as myself. good Luck
