I also had to have a c section because I have herpes simplex in the vaginal area. I contracted herpes many years ago when I was raped. It took two months for the symptoms to appear and in the beginning the outbreaks were quite bad. Loose clothing and medication helps keep the condition clear. I am no longer taking any meds for this condition and very rarely have an outbreak.
