I have had Fibromyalgia for many years, many of them without a diagnosis. I was made to think that it was "all in my head." Fibro is at least bing taken seriously now by the medical profession, but they have a long ways to go as as treatment. Fibro effects each person differently. With different symptoms, and intensity, and all of that can vary from day to day. Fibro is a crazy maker! I get rashes, but the odd thing about is I never know when they will appear, and they are always on the front and inside my thighs! go figure! The bool that gave me so many answers and helped reassure me that I was not just crazy is a book called, :" Fibromyalgia and Myofacial Pain Syndrome." It is actually written by a medical doctor and a social worker who have battled both for years. You can find it in any bookstore and it's under $20. They also have one called, " the Fibromyalgia Advocare Book," or something like that. The author's names are Dr. Devin Starlynal and Mary Beth Copeland. I hope this will help.
