hi i read what you are going through and i can relate to this...i met my husband four years ago knowing he has epilepsy...we were married in sept 2000. His seizures are controlled by medication (13 pills a day). He has had seizures since he was 14. Many of the doctors say he is addicted to the medications and wanted to put him in the hospital....the last few weeks we have been going through some rough times ...He has been waking up shaky in the morning, he has memory loss at times ...The last few weeks he has not been able to go to work...I find it hard at times to deal with this i also work....We went to a new doctor and he is going to give him some test..eeg, mri..blood work. i get very scared sometimes ...Two weeks before our wedding he had a seizure that was vilant...and he came after me....i pray every day that someone will help him with this disorder....i try to be strong for him but it is hard. I am hoping that the new doctor will help him to controll his seizures...or pin point were it is coming from...so he can go to work ....if you ever need to talk please feel free to write to me it is nice to know that there are others going through the same as i am.... lori
