For a very long time (3/4 yrs.), I have that chronic pain between my shoulders - in the upper section of the spine. The only thing that helps is lying down. A great feeling of extreme fatigue goes along with it. A few X-rays didn't find anything broken except for s slight curvature of the Spine. I went to physical therapy, that does not help. Although I have no lower back pain, that therapist told me there is a relation to the lower back, and he believes that's the cause of my upper pain. So he put me on a traction machoine for the lower back. And guess what ? since then, now I am having lower back pain. Well I am frustrated of course. So, please reply to this note. Thank you.
