I have just recently been released from the hospital. I also have sarcoidosis of the liver. I am still waiting some lab results on some tissue they took from my liver and body tissue. I am currently on predisone steroids. 20 mg twice a day. The initial start of this was I thought I had a blood sugar problem. Come to find out I have stage 2 Diabetes. In the process of doing blood work they found my calcium level was 15.1. As was my kidney levels and other boby functions were out of whack. I was admittend to the hospital after having the test taken again. I still have a lot of questions especiall since I have done some searching the net. I have found this site to post questions and another.I still think there is not much info which probably is due to this being such a rare disease and one hard to really diagnose.
