                        Hey Honey,  I can't promise this will work, but cranberry juice helps me out.  Also, try drining water.  Exercise helps your body to release your bodys' natural pain killers, which are called endorphins.  Try it out and tell me what the outcome is.  Good Luck!!  @-->--
