I think the doctor hit a nerve or else it wasnot performed correctly. Did a plastic surgeon take out your ganglion cyst? They are usually quite skilled in hand surgery also. I would find a beter doctor and have the problem corrected. i have had surgery on cysts on both wrists and recovered completely from both.
