I have several ideas about your carpal tunnel,But I am not an expert. I have torsion dystonia, and I know there is a form of dystonia called writers cramp that mimics carpal tunnel. This other thing may be way off, but my mother has celiac disease that also has a symtom that affects your hands. My mom also has raynards disorder that can also affect the hands in this fashion. Mom had carpal tunnel surg. both hands last year with hugh impovment. But at times she still has pain. Are you wearing a carpal tunnel glove? This could help, There are so many things that can cause this, try not to use your hands and wrist in a repatious way for awhile. I have carapal tunnel in both wrists, but not severe enough to have surg. yet. My last idea, this hand thing can also be caused by lack of a nutrient. Thanks and hope you feel better soon.Toby
