Has the doctor recommended surgery? He should avoid anything that is strenuous. For example, lifting heavy objects, bending a lot; any of the activity you should not do with vascular/cardiac conditions. If the aneurysm is in an operable spot, he should consider surgery. It is very effective. I took care of a woman who had an aneurysm rupture the night before surgery and wound up in a coma for 1 year. She then had the surgery, and, after much prayer, when she opened her eyes, she only missed the year she was in coma. God blessed her.
