Wow! You are talking about me exactly. I started out having a cervical fusion on C5-5 and then back surgery three months later for a billateral herniated disk at L5-S1! Since the surgeries I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Myofacial Pain Syndrome, I also have spinal stenois in that area of my back and was told that I have a moderate amount of arthritis also in low and mid back. I am so much worse since surgery too!!! I wish I knew then what I know now!!! Feel free to email me if you like.
