I have also had this all of my life and was finally diagnosed in 1994 with Fibromyalgia. I am female 52 years old and had to give up my job of 9 years because it was mainly phsical labor because of the Fibro. But to answer your question, my doctor put me on Sinemet 10/100 about 2 years ago for the restless leg syndrome. It is also one of the many things that go along with Fibro. I find if I can take one about an hour before I go to bed and if I am not to tired it works really well. I can take two a night if necessary and I have awoke or just never could get off to sleep and had to take another. I feel sure if you could get some sinemet and start taking it every night you would see some relief. I certainly know how you feel because I dont just have it in my legs but also in my arms and al over. Hoe this is helpful to you.
