yes. I am a social worker in a mental hospital. I often have to plan activities such as running errands around the times that the attacks occur most often. I take carbidopa/levidopa 25/100 at bedtime & when I am awakened around 3:30 a.m. Sometimes I have to take a dose during the day or early evening but I try to take it as little as posible because it can lose it,s effectiveness if too much is taken. I can never go without it at night though. I would not be able to function during the day without some relief at night. See a good neurologist.
