To whom it may concerne, I have been diagnosed with avascularnecrosis of both hips. My Doctor wants to try a method called core drilling. In my right hip almost all the femoral head is dead,in my left about half. Do you think this proceadure is going to be effective and if so what is the percentage rate of it's effectiveness. I want to do the whole hip replacemeant to get rid of this pain, but I am only 29 years of age and my doctor wants to try other things. Please respond to my message. Thank you David White
