Hi, there IS help for your brother-in-law. Look in the phone book for the State Agency and offices in your area which are in charge of mental illnesses. Your brother-in-law is "a Disabled Man," and he is eligible for government help available to ALL "people with disabilities." And, these are usually the same as the help offered to Senior Citizens. Just get on the phone and start calling. Some office somewhere will give you the correct information and send you in the right direction. Also, your local Welfare Office usually has a whole list of "resources."
