I am a 28 year old female with nocturia and hematuria. My cystoscopy, IVP and urine culture have all been negative, but my problem remains. I am trying to pinpoint if I have a certain food allergy and have cut out foods sensitive to the bladder, but it has been difficult to find any real pattern. I pray I do not have interstitial cystitis, but have many of the symptoms and yet no significant daytime frequency (other than some mild burning). My only real symptoms are at night with the nocturia and occasional burning and pressure in my pelvic region. I am otherwise a healthy person. I would like to solve this now before any real damage is done to my urinary system. I have not had a good night's sleep in over 6 months and have no one to turn to (my doctor's have dismissed my problem). Does anyone have any advice or similar symptoms?
