This sounds very similar to what I was going through. Nothing was showing up on my test. They finally got a laporoscopy in which they had to go ahead and open me up because I had a mass amt of adhesions from endometriosis in which none had shown up on any of the test. I would recommend letting them do the laporoscopy and find out what is going on. I ended up having to have a hysterectomy but feel so much better now. I was miserable for yrs before that.
