                        Personally, I choose the natural way.  A year ago my new neighbor, a nutritionalist, introduced me to soy and flax seed.  I had been experiencing with hot flaxes for several months, and when I changed from fat free milk to soy milk in my breakfast cereal and added ground flax seed, my symptoms immediately disappeared and I haven't had any hot flashes since.  The natural way is usually better in most cases.
