It sounds to me like you sister was simply trying to help you, as you would be embarrassed to by depends at a store. Go to a doctor, preferably a one who specializes in the urinary tract and it's functionings. Go now, before you get infection. There's no reason to feel ashamed, many people have to wear adult diapers at times.
