Dear 32 year old: Put aside the embrassment and go see a urologist or even a family doctor. Especially if the loss of urine has taken over your life. There is probably a "normal" solution to the immediate problem. You will feel better about yourself and the doctor will surely educate you on what's happening. After that- do ask about medicine for "over-active bladder". These drugs help you take control of your life-rather than feeling like your bladder has taken control of your life. Do you ever go somewhere new and wonder, "so where are the restrooms?". Been there-done that. You owe it to yourself to get the medical help you need. :) good luck...
