I dont know how old you are or what Plantar Fasciitis is, but if your over say 30 perhaps you should perhaps try EDTA (oral chelation) the problem might be caused by bad circulation, that doesnt allow the injury to heal. Over time, heavy metals, mercury, aluminum etc, build up in the body. Heavy metal build up has been linked to plaque hardening in the arteries, bad circulation, heart failure, and Alzheimer's. EDTA removes heavy metals like calcium, which is involved in the hard part of plaque. Calcium removal from the plaque makes the plaque more easily removed naturally by the body. You should take supplements of zinc, calcium, B6, and magnesium if you try EDTA because those (except for B6) are removed from your system by EDTA along with other heavy metals. I am by no means a doctor, but I think if you tried everything else though, this might be an option. Might also want to look for a B12 deficiency as well. Whether or not you try EDTA, try to avoid running at all costs, but keep walking and doing extremely low impact exercise to improve circulation. Hope this helps.
