                        I am a senior citizen (77).  Try to stay  in shape.  What type of workouts can one  have in the gym to avoid aggravating the  aneurysm?  Is weightlifting OK?  Aerobics?  I don't   want to go completely to pot from lack of  inactivity.    Lets hear from someone in Sports Medicine  who knows.  No guessing please.
