Eat lots of yogurt, drink acidophilus milk, and you can also take acidophilus pills (found in health food stores, and even most grocery stores). Try not to eat or drink too much orange juice, pickles, and other acidic things. This should help with the "canker sores" inside your mouth.... The "fever blisters" on your lips are likely Herpes simplex virus, and your doctor can prescribe an oral medication to help with them. Your doctor may want you to take these pills as soon as you start to feel a fever blister coming on, or he/she may put you on a small dosage to take daily to prevent these fever blisters from occuring.... You should also wear sunscreen on your lips whenever you will be in the sun at all. Sun and stress tend to bring out the fever blisters. The medication your physician will prescribe for you won't kill the virus, but rather prevent it from reproducing, thus having a much reduced outbreak... best of luck! :-)
