I had XLNT results with Reflexology, using it on my wife after she had been diagnosed as having Bronchitis. I used to 2-3 times for over 4 months. Since then she has had NO trips to the ER and hasn't used inhalers in 17 years. REflexology can be used easily and on yourself. Good Luck
