I get a pain quite frequently right below my right breast also. I think they call it a "hitch in you get along" What ever that means. Lately it has been happening every week which leeds me to believe it may be something more? The pain feels as if I am being stab. I can not move or talk or even breath until something releases inside of there. A friend suggested a rib may be out of place or pops out. It seem to happen or have something to do with my breathing. I don't know if your wife pain is more constant than that?
