I, too, have had restless legs for several years. People laugh when I tell them this, but it is a REAL problem. I do believe it is caused in part by low back problems. I do not have it every night, but when I do, I take 3 extra strength Motrin and sleep very well the rest of the night. I also do know, that Calcium/Magnesium and Vitamin E do, indeed, help. Especially on women.
