Elaine Your problem sounds like what my wife still suffers from. My wife is 47. She has seen the best doctors, even going to Albany med. center for a esophigeal wrap because thay thaught she had gerd but that did not work at all. She still coughs all the time . Sometimes it's a dry cough and sometimes it's a mucous. When she starts caughing she has an asthma attack and that makes it worse. She has been taking all kinds differant drugs but none seem to work. I will post any info. that I can find on this. Hopefully someone out there can help us with this cronic problem.
