Hi, my son Sam was diagnosed with Dyspraxia when he was four because his speach was very poor, he had lots of speach therapy and went to a speach & language unit which helped him a great deal and prepared him for school. It took him a long time to settle into school especially because the other children had a problem understanding him, but with the help of the school and speach therapy he is now settled well and has lots of friends. He is 7 now and the problem that I am finding now is that he is so emotional and sensitive, he is not very tolerent of other people or children and becomes very aggitated and throws a tanturm over the slightest thing, sometimes he cries because he cannot cope with the routine of every day life. His teacher says that some days he is fine but other days he can become hysterical in the classroom if someone annoys him. He is not very tolerant of his older brother and sister either, which makes things at home a nightmare sometimes. I was just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this kind of behaviour and if so where do you go for 'Help' Thanks Jakcie
