This condition did not bother me to much until I was rear ended in an automobile accident this past year. My diagnosis impression is: Moderate to severe left L5-S1 neural foraminal narrowing secondary to posterior and left sided focal disc herniation and posterior facet and ligamentous hypertrophy.. Moderate right neural foraminal narrowing is seen at this level, secondary to a diffuse disc bulge and posterior facet and ligamentous hypertrophy. Moderate bilateral L4-L5 neural foraminal narrowing secondary to mild disc bulge and posterior facet and ligamentous hypertrophy. Mild L2-L3, and L3-L4 and also Degenerated L2-L3 through L5-S1 discs. What is your suggestion concerning surgery or less invasive procedures. The pain is unbearable and I am now taking high doses of morphine to help with the pain. Please any advise from a qualified health care professional, and from people who has this problem and has had this type of surgery. Thank You/Urgent Plea
