Were you cultured ( sinuses) for FUNGAL INFECTION????? You need to be cultured for bacterial and then ANOTHER tube for FUNGAL. The bacteria culture should come back within one week, but the Fungal takes WEEKS 4-6, you might be surprised what comes back. Alot of Sarcoidosis is from a FUNGAL INFECTION in the sinuses or lungs. Only a good Infectious Disease Doctor would know this or a great ENT.
