Rest, Rest, and more Rest!!! That is the best advice I can offer. When your body tells you that it is tired don't push it to keep going. You need to eat healthy and drinking purified water helps. When your body has chemicals in it that it is not used to it works to break them down and not on repairing your body. Mild exercise also helps. This is something that you will have to work with for the rest of your life. Try to get suport from your family but don't abuse their support. Sometimes it is hard for them to understand because there is no physical signs. Be patient and don't get down on yourself. Good luck!
