I am 55, a carrier, had problems most of my adult life, agree this may be related to Frag X, I also have nonfunctioning thyroid and take replacement therapy. I am able to tolerate Estratab 0.625mg and Levothroid 0.15mg. I have to stay with these brands or I am all out of balance, my thyroid level go crazy and the memopause symptoms just jump up in my face. Hope this helps. Kathleen
