Last May of 2000, I joyfully gave birth to a healthy 7pound 3 oz baby girl. It was so joyful because I previously had 2 miscarriages and it looked like I was going to have a thrid one when I was 21 weeks pregnant. The doctors were able to redo my cerclage on Chritmas Day. and save my baby. For 13 long wks I laid flat on my back hoping and praying that my baby would make day by day. My husband and I were truly blessed and I left the hospital at 32 wks pregnant, and would you beleive was over do by 5 days. So it can happen to women with this problem. I am the proof.
