I SUFFER W/FMS. I HAVE FOR MANY YEARS. I AM CONSIDERED A SEVERE CASE. HOWEVER,I RESISTED EXERCISES FOR A LONG TIME. NOW I DO STRETCHING AND WALKING ,I PURCHASED A VIDEO TAPE BY LESLIE SANSOME CALLED WALK AWAY THE POUNDS.I HAVE FOUND IT TO BE MOST HELPFUL. SINCE I STARTED DOING THIS TAPE I FEEL MUCH BETTER. MY LEGS AND HIPS ARE MY WORSE AREAS FOR PAIN. I THOUGHT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO STAY ON MY FEET. THE SERIES COMES 3 IN A BOX. THERE IS A 1 OR 2 OR 3 MILE WALK. YOU GO AT YOUR OWN PACE. YOU DONT LEAVE HOME. IT SOUNDS LIKE ALL YOU DO IS WALK IN PLACE. I THOUGHT IT SOUNDED STUPID. THERE IS MORE TO IT THAN I THOUGHT THERE WOULD BE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE AT ANYPLACE THEY ARE AT WITH FMS. I FEEL MUCH BETTER,PEOPLE ARE SURPRISED TO SEE THE CHANGE. THE BEST THING IS, I LIKE IT....I USE A SCARF ON A CHAIR TOO. THAT HELPS AS WELL. I HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU IN SOME WAY.
