I have been slowly building on my hypothyroidism for past 10 years. I too started at a low dose and now I am at 150. My tests come back showing it on the high side of normal and that is where I operate best without increasing my heart beat or feeling anxious. My doctor prescribes 100 tablets at a time and I always have a blood test before she refills the prescription. I do not experience extreme fatique, or cold extremeties, or dry skin/mouth, or tearful responses (tears when I am not sad) any longer. I hope you continue on the path. Yes your weight will stabilize when you are feeling better and become normally active again with the need for less sleep.
