I have found that there is only trial and error when dealing with psoriasis. I have tried numerous approaches as did the military when I was in the Marine corp. and they all work about the same...some just cost more! Humidity, water softeners, salt water (the ocean), and good old fashioned vaseline is what I have found has worked the best and the cheaper route to go.
