How do these two differ? My 16 month old has been getting asthma-like symptoms with difficulty breathing, and later, wheezing and was recently even hospitalized for a few days. This has happened twice, but both times within 1 or 2 days of geting a cold and having her nose start to run. Does this mean she's going to develop true asthma or could her attacks always be limited to viral infections/colds? What signs should I be looking for? Thanks.
