I had an ovarian cyst ten years ago. Your ovaries form a "cyst" every month. There are times when the cyst does not go away after your cycle. I have right sided pain every other month. I for a large cyst that is extremely painful. There is very little that can be done. I had surgery to remove mine ten years ago. It was not worth it. Now the doctors tend to leave them alone. They said that they have to go on birth control pills to get rid of them. I hope this helps.
