                        I don't know of any diet to help bursitis, but I   can tell you that you must keep up the exercises   everyday.  Once it begins to feel better and you   think that it's OK . . . NOT!  It will just start   back again in a short period of time.  My shoulder began to hurt several years ago, got   so bad that I couldn't move it and, I ended up   going through months of therapy and 2 cortizone   shots (one after I stopped exercising because it   felt good again.  Trust me, keep up a regular   exercise routine for your shoulders.  Good Luck
