I have had bursitis in my shoulder for over 5 months now. It is affecting me in every way. Mentally and physically. I have not had one day not one minute of relief. It is so frustrating. My dr. said he could give me the cortizone. When I asked for his opinion. He said I do not care. I told hime that was a great reaction from a doctor. He finally told me it was not a great idea. He gave me exercises to do , I have more movement now. But the pain in on going. I have heard that the shot is okay 1 or two times. How long did it work for you? I am sorry, but what are night time vegetables?
