                        Sometimes good orthotics made for you help ease the pain.  Stretching your hamstrings and feet help-go to a physical therapist to get the correct exercies.  In the morning stand on a step and put your feet about  1/2 way off with heels leaning towards the floor.  Do this for a couple of minutes or so.  Whatever feels comfortable for you.  I found that an orthopedist got me the correct help more than a podiatrist did.  I had previously seen 3 podiatrists which didn't help much at all
