                        Yes,I have had this problem.Go to your local shoe store and buy silicone rubber heel cushions. It took me 5 to 6 weeks to recover. Also take a good general vitamin every day.Take your first steps in the morning very slowly.Give  them a chance to get warmed up and get the blood flowing. Good Luck
