I am 33 yrs old and I too have an ovarian cyst. My doctor also said he wants "to watch it". He also started me on oral birth control pills to shrink the cyst. I have had sonograms/ultrasounds also and it has shrunk from the hormone therapy. My pain has gotten better. I hope your does too.
